How to use
Mix 200g of this cheese snack mix with 800g of wheat flour, 22g of salt, 22g of baking powder, 300g of softened butter, 150g of eggs and 300g of water on slow in a spiral mixer for 2 minutes, then fast for 3 minutes. Flatten the dough slightly, and cover. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Roll the dough out to 3-4mm thickness, brush with water and sprinkle with a mix of this cheese snack mix, sesame seeds and semolina. Cut into desired shapes and place on the tray with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees celsius.
